Awaken is a bi-yearly career life retreat sponsored by PAACT (Partnership of Asian American Churches in Texas), a fellowship of evangelical churches whose mission is to assist the local church in advancing the Gospel among English-speaking Asians.
The goal of Awaken is to challenge young professional adults to stir from any spiritual slumber or complacency and re-focus on Christ in a relevant and challenging way. Additionally, this retreat will take advantage of the unique opportunities available when Christ followers with similar cultural backgrounds but diverse gifts, passions, and callings unite to live out our spiritual identity.
